The object of the association is to bring   together all Odiya speaking people & those who are interested in associating themselves with the activities of Utkal Sanskrutika Samaj. It is a non-political body & therefore shall strictly confine itself to non-political activities & programmes.
    Promote national integration through mutual exchange of ideas and thoughts relating to language, literature, films, dramas, music and other social-cultural activities amongst   the people of different states in India.
    Promote cultural with between Andhra Pradesh in particular & with other states in general to develop a broader outlook.
    To encourage all activities which provide for improvement of talents covering literature, music, drama etc.  of its members.
